Rondette Remodel

This project is a 1000 sq ft single bedroom Deltec home built in 1993. The interior was in very bad shape, and required deep cleaning and much de-construction prior to remodel. Roof was new, and foundation fine (deltic benign famous for their structural integrity) but the home required ALL new windows finishing details.

So, I purchased the property and worked from December 2024 until the following December --in between other projects--cleaning it up and bringing it back to a beautiful space to inhabit.

It features an open layout from the kitchen into the living room with a madras hard surface floor of tinted concrete along the edges and porcelain tile through the middle. Kitchen has granite countertops and bathroom a custom tile shower.

The view out the windows is incredible with seven folds of mountains towards the visible Mt. Mitchell, highest peak in the Appalachian range. The ceiling to floor windows.
