Orchard house

This project was conceived as a small home with attached greenhouse. It's 10'x23' on a concrete block foundation with a five foot knee wall in the second floor. It was entirely designed and built by James Geoffrey Steen with design help from his wife Sofi. from the concrete foundation to the roof we did it by ourselves and rented it to friends monthly before putting it on Hipcamp and AirBnB for a few years.
